Abstract

The present research examines and analyzes the archetype of the miraculous birth of the hero in some folk legends of Khor and Biabank in a descriptive-analytical way. The amazing, miraculous and unconventional birth of the hero is a very important element in the beginning of folk stories, which starts the story with a prophecy about the fate of the character or the description of his characteristics, which is a sign of the presence of the hero in the story. This research shows that the birth of the hero in a number of legends of Khor and Biabank has a mythological aspect. In these stories, the hero is usually born to prominent parents, sometimes the hero is a prince. Often, the birth of a hero and the process of his growth and development are accompanied by many problems, difficulties and obstacles. In general, among the various forms of the miraculous birth of the hero in the legends of Khor and Biyabank, we can mention birth with plant origin, birth without parents, birth with one origin, incomplete birth, birth from a non-human, birth in the form of an animal-human, and birth with a child's vow.
