Proverbs are pleasant, concise and often melodious sentences. One of the most important factors in the charm of proverbs, is their song and verbal music. Among the factors that enhance music in proverbs is the magic of proximity, which plays an important role in popularizing proverbs among the general public due to the brevity of proverbs. The magic of proximity is one of the notable features of literary texts in Persian, and other languages, but in Iran, Mohammad Reza Shafiei Kadkani is the first person who coined this term. This article has examined Balochi proverbs from the point of view of the literary art of proximity magic and has shown that, like other human languages, the prevalence of many Balochi proverbs is due to the use of this musical factor. It is also natural that, like other languages, this musical factor has played an important role in creating an intellectual-cultural structure through its influence on the linguistic structure. Some names of persons or places or animals and plants have entered proverbs due to their charm in a certain place and the role they played in the creation of proximity magic, and they have influenced the structure of the language and thought of the society in such a way that they are thought to have certain characteristics and give certain beliefs to They have created or reinforced certain beliefs, as a result, they have found a fate that is affected by the same structure that was created from proximity magic.
